Cancelling an order

If the order had been dispatched before cancellation, you must return the order in unused condition within 14 days of cancellation. You will be refunded to the account the order originally was paid from within 14 days of us receiving the returned order.
Acceptance of an order
When an order is placed you will get an order confirmation sent to the email address you provided during checkout, containing information about order content and prices.
Delivery
You as a buyer are free to choose from mentioned, and at the time relevant, delivery option(s). If the delivery company fails to deliver the order, or it is damaged during transport, you should contact Hiddel Brock Wood to remedy the situation.
Returns Policy
Hiddel Brock Wood accepts returns within 14 days if products are not used, changed, washed or otherwise manipulated. Products need to be returned in original packaging.
No products may be returned to Hiddel Brock Wood without the prior written consent of Hiddel Brock Wood. Returns are subject to a return charge.
